Lavanet is in no way responsible of the content of other website eventually accessible, through hyperlink, from portal Lavanet.
Lavanet does not take charge,nor would it have the possibilities, to check and verify the reliability and the accuracy of the information contained in these web sites.

3. Upon ending registration, customers will be supplied with a password and an account, unique and confidential. From that moment onwards, the customer will be fully responsible for all activities done, by anyone, using the account and password assigned to him. We therefore invite customers to keep password secret so that others can not use it without your prior consent, and beyond your control.

4.If web site www.Lavanet.it were to allow users to connect with each other(via email, chat, forum...) they must all engage into a correct and lawful usage in respect of third party rights.
Lavanet reserves the right to withdraw without warning the password assigned to a customer and access to the account in case Lavanet were to find out that the customer or others in his name were using the account assigned to their name for: a)molest or impede other members from using the web site www.lavanet.it ; b) unlawful usage of web site www.lavanet.it  or in any case uses the web site for purposes not in line with the objectives of the website itself along with the services it offers (for example, usage of connection between each other for commercial purposes, spamming, ecc...).
