Terms and conditions for use of laundry and drycleaning service

Dear customer,

Lavanet services are subject to  acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Your generalities will be treated in respect of Italian privacy law (l.675/96).
Your payments and the associated information and data will be handled by Gestpay,Banca Sella's online credit card payment system. Using the system implies direct connection with Banca Sella. Transactions with their website  go through a secure link.

If your garment were to be lost or damaged by either Lavanet or laundry-dry cleaner, you will be reimbursed the value of the garment itself, as calculated considering usage and age of the garment as well as residual usage life following the treatment (in the event of damaged garments).

In any case we do not accept garments with an individual value superior to €500,00.

We do not accept garments without label (required by law n° 126/91), unless you renounce your right to ask for damages, thereby leaving Lavanet and laundry-drycleaner free of responsability.

It could be that garments and cloth, apparently in good conditions, show after laundry or drycleaning signs of wear and tear (with garments this often happens in correspondence of neck and sleeves), or loss of colour due to exposure to light.In most cases the signs were on the garments before the treatment, and the treatment itself made it evident,but as they were not caused by the treatment itself they can not be claimed to the service.

After redelivery, in the event of obvious shortcomings in either laundry or drycleaning (for example:garments smell solvent, some stains were not removed), you may within 24 hours from the time of redelivery ask Lavanet to reprocess for free the garment.

Garments that could not be redelivered due to customer unavailability will be held in storage for free for 30 days.
After 30 days elapsed without claim from the customer, Lavanet may no longer be held responsible for guarding the garments, and reserves the right to transfer to third party storage location and claim for expenses incurred.
Treatments used (laundry and drycleaning) are in respect of current law and are selected by qualified personell in function of garment requirements.

Our transport organization is active to ensure our best service in pickup and delivery in a timely manner.

All pickup and deliveries go to address and time written on your order, and our contact will be with the person indicated on same.
Any changes will have to be asked by email (customer service) and accepted by Lavanet.
If events beyond our control should render redelivery impossible, it will be carried out the following day at the same time, unless you instruct us otherwise.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We are covered by third party-garment  insurance.

Lavanet invites you to a tentative reconciliation through using www.RisolviOnline.it, a service for online resolution of controversies offered by the Camera Arbitrale di Milano.
