According to art. 13 of the Privacy Law (dlgs 30 june 2003) we inform you of the following:

a) Your personal data which you voluntarily submitted to us will be used for the following purposes;

    i. supply of Lavanet’s services (order fulfillment, referring communications, customer assistance);

    ii. sending of commercial and promotional communications, market research and statistics exclusively related to             Lavanet and / or its services.

    iii. sending  of commercial and promotional communications, advertising, market research, statistics, related to               products and services given by third parties and Lavanet’s commercial partners.       

b) The supply of the data is obligatory for the scope of letter i. of point a) above, whereas the supply is discretionary for points ii and iii. We would nontheless be grateful if you will give us your consent for such scope; it will allow us to know your requests and advices, and to constantly improve the service we offer you.

c) If you were not to supply your data as per letter i. of point a) above Lavanet will not be able to fulfill orders and deliver the requested services. On the contrary, refusing to supply your data for the scope in letter ii, iii of point  a) above will not cause any consequence with reference to the outcome of Lavanet’s services you requested.

d) Data on surfing
During the visit (surfing) of the website, some personal data is acquired and its transmission is necessary for the usage of  internet communications protocols. Such personal data, although not acquired to be associated with identified users, because of their nature could allow to identify the users, by means of elaboration and association with data detained by third parties. Among such personal data acquired during the surfing of the website are included, as a non exhaustive example, IP adresses or domain names of the computer used by the customers who connect to The website, the URI adresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of request, the mode used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained as reply, the numeric code indicating the status of the reply received from the server (positive conclusion, error, ecc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and customer’s  computer environment.

g) Article 7 of The Privacy Law gives you the following rights in relation to the tratment of the personal data you submitted:

        i. You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of the personal data relating to you, even if not             yet registered, and their communication in readable format.

        i.i. You have the right to obtain indication relating to: the origin of your personal data; the scope and mode of its     t         treatment; of the logic applied in case of treatment with electronic instruments; the identifiable extremes of the     p          proprietor, of the person in charge and of the named representative with respect to art. 5 comma 2 of the Privacy            law; of subjects or category of subjects to whom personal data can be transmitted or which could be made a      v            available to a representative in charge in the State territory, as representative or in charge.

       i.i.i. You have the right to obtain: the update, the change or, when the interest arises, the integration of data; the              cancellation, the transformation in anonimous format or the block of data treated in violation of the law, including            those for which saving is not necessary in relation to the scope for which data has been collected and then treated;        the certification that operations under letters a) and b) have been brought to the knowledge, including their content,        to those whom the data has been transmitted or spread, with exception of the case in which such fulfillment reveals        to be impossible or with usage of means obviously disproportionate with respect to the rights to protect.

       iv. You have the right to oppose, in full or partially: for legitimate reasons to the treatment of personal data                        concerning you, even if relevant to the scope of collection; to the treatment of personal data concerning you for the        scope of sending advertising material or direct sale or for market research or commercial communications.
